Export phpdoc's structure.xml to github wiki markdown

Usage: php phpdoc2github.php path_to_xml output_dir

Hint: To generate structure.xml from phpdoc, try using option --template=abstract

At the moment, only classes are documented. Mostly because I'm not sure what to do with anything else. If you have other ideas please contact me.
