  1. Run php artisan serve and xampp controller for php apache and MySql database to run.
  2. change directory to cd react , then npm install command.
  3. Now, run "npm run dev" commend to run react+vite localhost.
  4. open the localhost:3000 server link to view UMS application.

IT'S EASY TO USE , USER-FRIENDLY, COVERS ALL CONCEPT OF REACT.JS AND LARAVEL , MVC architecture, etc.
