Follow the setup steps

1. pip install flask if you see this error : ERROR: Could not install packages due to an OSError: [WinError 2] The system cannot find the file specified then use => C:\Python310\python.exe -m pip install --upgrade pip --user ($your python executable path -m pip install --upgrade pip --user)
   now use => pip install flask
2. Now install the dependencies as below or use the requirements.txt file for installation of packages pip install flask_sqlalchemy pip install flask_bcrypt pip install flask_login pip install pip install Pillow (OR) pip install -r requirements.txt
3. Run the development server using => python run.py
