I created a boilerplate code that uses my Flask boilerplate and uses the HubSpot Form API .

In the form tag that says edit change "https://forms.hubspot.com/uploads/form/v2/:portal_id/:form_guid" with your own Portal ID and Form GUID credentials after creating your API form on HubSpot Form API .
