1. Activite or create virtual env in the project directory

.\\mask\Scripts\Activate

2. Install all required packages

pip3 install -r requirements.txt

3. Set up all env variables and run 'run.py'

example: 
os.environ.get('USER')

flask env:
PS C:\path\to\app> $env:FLASK_APP = "run.py"

4. Go to http://127.0.0.1:5000/
